Apricot Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 large jars apricot baby food
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift together the flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, salt, allspice and nutmeg.
In another bowl, mix baby food, sugar, eggs, oil and pecans.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake in Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for an hour or until cake tests done.
