Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O gelatin
dash of salt
1 c. cold water
1 1/2 pt. fresh strawberries
1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked

Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch, gelatin, salt and water in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until clear, stirring constantly. Cool.
Add prepared strawberries and spoon into pastry shell. Chill until firm.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Serves 6.
