Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk, scalded
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine (add to milk)
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly in bowl.
Stir in milk mixture, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Put bread into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Pour all ingredients over.
Stir gently.
Place in pan of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
