Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 medium potatoes, mashed or 12 portions instant mashed potatoes
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chives
butter to dot top

Preparation

Mix potatoes, cheese, sour cream, chives, salt and pepper together and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
