Quickie Sugar Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 lb. butter (margarine)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In 1-quart glass casserole dish, add powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, salt and butter.
    Microwave (High) 2 minutes, then stir until evenly mixed.
    Add vanilla and nuts, blending well.
    Line a pie plate with wax paper.
    Pour fudge into plate; chill until firm. Cut into squares.
    Makes about 1 pound.
