Seafood Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 uncooked jumbo macaroni shells
    2 c. creamed (small curd) cottage cheese
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. parsley sprigs
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 medium zucchini, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 seafood legs, cut in 1/2-inch pieces, cooked and chilled
    2 (4 1/2 oz. each) cans shrimp, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni shells.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Place cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice, salt and pepper in blender.
    Cover.
    Blend on high, stop occasionally to scrape sides, about 2 minutes.
    Remove and reserve 1/2 cup.
    Add parsley and basil to blender.
    Cover. Blend on high for 45 seconds, until smooth.
    Chill.
