"Want More" Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. light mayonnaise
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tart apples, cut into chunks
    3 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c. raisins
    7 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
    2 tsp. sunflower seeds (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients.
    Pour over remaining combined ingredients. Toss and serve. Calories per serving: 155; 6 grams of fat. Time involved:
    20 minutes.
