Coconut Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick melted margarine
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
