3 1/2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
3/4 c. cherry tomato halves
2/3 c. red onions
4 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
3 c. shredded, cooked chicken breast
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
juice of 2 limes
