Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium white potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
    lump of butter
    a little flour
Preparation
    Wash, pare and slice thin the raw potatoes.
    Arrange in layers in a greased baking dish.
    Season each layer with salt and pepper; dust lightly with flour.
    Dot with butter.
    After all potatoes have been used, add enough milk to come within 1 inch of top of the potatoes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
