Tomato-Topped Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white fish fillets
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 large tomato
    2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Thaw fish.
    Arrange in single layer in greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
    Slice or chop tomato and layer on fish.
    Combine bread crumbs, margarine, cheese and parsley in a small bowl.
    Sprinkle over tomatoes.
    Bake in 400\u00b0
    oven about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Makes 4 servings.
