Madelyn'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. hamburg
    2 sliced green peppers
    3 medium onions
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 c. water
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    hot red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Brown garlic in oil; add hamburg.
    Add peppers, onions, celery and water
    and
    simmer.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cook 2 to 3 hours on
    low heat, stirring often.
    Serve on spaghetti, macaroni or on scrambled eggs.
    Add mushrooms, if wanted.
