Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated apple
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 egg, beaten or 2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine grated apple and sugars.
    Let stand 20 to 30 minutes. Combine flour, soda and cinnamon; add apple mixture, oil, egg and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
