Sourdough Starter Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water that potatoes have been boiled in
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. flour (not self-rising)
Preparation
    Mix in crock and set in warm place 24 hours.
    Use amount needed and place remainder in refrigerator.
    When needed, set out to warm.
    Add 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of water and let set in warm place overnight.
    With care, this starter can be kept working for several years.
