Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can beef broth
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. raw long grain rice
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine until tender.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in one can of water.
    Add bouillon, broth and mushrooms to onion. Bring to a boil.
    Pour over rice in casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
