Easy Southern-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter (1/2 stick)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    3 c. corn bread stuffing
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In large roasting pan, melt butter. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    On waxed paper, crush stuffing mix.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in stuffing mixture to coat.
    Arrange chicken in a single layer in pan.
    Bake 20 minutes; turn chicken and bake 20 minutes longer or until tender and golden brown.
