Basic Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Grease muffin pans.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl, mixing well.
Blend in butter or margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
