Squash Casserole 6 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.
    Add butter, salt, pepper, pimento and milk and mix.
    Then add well beaten eggs, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Serves about 8.
