Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
Preparation

Mix the cream cheese, Jell-O and hot water in a mixing bowl. Blend well with an electric mixer.
All the cheese should be dissolved.
Add cold water, pineapple and nuts.
Blend and then pour mixture into mold.
Chill until firm.
