Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. dry sherry
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops.
    For marinade, combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour half of marinade into large glass dish.
    Place chops in marinade; pour remaining marinade over chops.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
