Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. mayonnaise
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 qt. freshly popped popcorn
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine, salt and cream of tartar.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add baking soda and beat mixture down.
Pour over popped corn, stirring gently until all corn is covered.
Spread coated corn on two greased cookie sheets and bake one hour at 200\u00b0.
Cool.
Break apart and enjoy.
Yields 12 servings.
