White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    8 slices cheese
    chopped, boiled eggs
    chopped bologna (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix butter, flour and milk in a saucepan.
    Cook until thick. Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Add chopped, boiled eggs and bologna.
    Serve hot on toast or white bread.
    To make thicker or thinner, subtract or add 1 tablespoon butter or flour.
    Milk stays the same.
