Chocolate Mint Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of cream of tartar
    1 c. chocolate mint chips
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add sugar gradually and cream of tartar; beat until stiff.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Spoon meringue into piping bag fitted with 1-inch round tip.
    Pipe meringue kisses onto foil-lined baking sheets.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm to touch and lightly browned. Makes 3 dozen.
