Diabetic Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    3/4 c. shortening
    4 tsp. Sweet 10
    1 c. flour
    2 small bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
    3/4 c. rolled oats
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over raisins and let stand while mixing other ingredients, then add drained raisins and mix well.
    Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
