Stir-Fry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    4 garlic cloves, crushed (optional)
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. dry cooking sherry
    1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 1/2 c. broth (beef or chicken)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Will freeze into 3 or 4 servings.
    To use, thaw one serving.
    Cut meat (chicken, pork, beef) into narrow slices.
    Marinate meat in sauce while preparing vegetables (peas, broccoli, etc.).
