Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

4 large sweet potatoes
3/4 c. butter
2 (7 oz.) jars Marshmallow Creme
2 large eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
2 c. corn flakes cereal, crushed
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook 3/4 cup butter and Marshmallow Creme in Dutch oven over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth.
Beat cooked sweet potatoes, marshmallow mixture, eggs, sugar and milk at medium speed with an electric mixer, in batches, until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides.
Spoon into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Melt 1/3 cup butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan over low heat.
Let cook 5 minutes.
Stir in cereal and pecans.
Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until browned.
Makes 10 servings.
