Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 sq. chocolate
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Cook over low heat and stir until dissolved.
    Cook until a little syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball.
    Stir constantly to prevent scorching.
    Remove from heat and add butter.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add vanilla and beat until thick and creamy.
    Thin with a small amount of milk, if necessary.
