Sponge Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 can sliced pineapple
    1 jar cherries
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. granulated sugar
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Cover butter with brown sugar. Lay pineapple in form of skillet.
    Put cherries in the center of pineapple.
    Beat
    egg
    yolks;
    add
    flour, sugar and fruit juice and
    stir.
    Beat the whites of 3 eggs until formed; add to
    mix. Pour
    over
    fruit.
    Bake
    45
    minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When done, flip over on plate.
