Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes (make juice)
    3 lb. onions, chopped fine
    3 sweet peppers
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    48 oz. tomato paste
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. or less salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. sweet basil
Preparation
    Put in large kettle juice, onions and peppers.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Cook for 1 hour.
    Fill jars and seal. Makes 11 to 12 quarts.
