Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. beef roast
    2 to 3 c. water
    2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Roast meat, uncovered, about 2 1/2 hours.
    Cool and slice. Add water to pan drippings; stir in other ingredients.
    Add beef and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
    Reheat to serve.
    Remove beef from marinade before serving.
