Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1 stick oleo, melted
    4 eggs, beaten
    8 1/2 oz. box Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients.
    Add the corn bread mix last. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 12 squares.
