Easy Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    2 lb. dates, chopped
    1 lb. coconut
    3 c. pecans, chopped
    2 cans Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    Mix together all fruit, coconut and nuts. Add the 2 cans condensed milk and let sit about 2 hours or so until it absorbs the milk. Press firmly into 2 loaf pans that have been greased and lined with heavy waxed paper. Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0. (Keeps well in the freezer.) I use 2 long slender loaf pans.
