Strawberry Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, grated
dash of cayenne
dash of black pepper
strawberry preserves

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except strawberry preserves.
Mold into a ring; chill in refrigerator.
When ready to serve, fill center with preserves.
Serve with crackers.
