Anita'S Easy Bake Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, washed, quartered or cut into chunks, with peeling left on
    butter to taste
    1 pkg. Zesty Italian dry salad dressing mix
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pam spray a pyrex baking dish.
    Add potatoes, dot around with butter, salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle with Zesty Italian dry salad dressing mix; add the water and cover with foil.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    (Remove foil and stir well a couple of times during baking; replace foil and continue baking.)
    Remove foil and bake until potatoes brown a little.
