Blackening Spice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. paprika
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp. white pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation

Combine thoroughly.
Use cast-iron skillet, heat until gray ash forms on high 10 to 20 minutes.
Drizzle butter as cooking. Sprinkle spice on desired meat (fish, chicken, beef).
