Sauerkraut Cake(Chocolate) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sauerkraut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2/3 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Rinse sauerkraut.
    Snip or chop into small pieces.
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Sift all dry ingredients.
    Blend vanilla with sugar and butter.
    Stir in flour mixture alternately with water.
    Fold in sauerkraut.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch buttered and floured pan.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
