Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups cake flour or plain White Lily flour
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar
1 5/8 oz. bottle red food coloring
1 cup buttermilk
Preparation

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and vinegar.
Sift flour and soda together.
Add flour mixture to sugar mixture.
Add milk slowly. Add flavoring and food coloring.
Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 3 layers or 1 sheet cake.
