Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain well. Place in lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Top with chicken.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice, stirring well.
Spoon mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
