Crab-Shrimp Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 lb. cooked crab
2 Tbsp. horseradish
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
red cocktail sauce (1 bottle)
Preparation

Wash shrimp and crab, taking care to remove shell pieces from crab.
Drain and pat dry.
Blend cream cheese, horseradish and lemon juice with mixer.
Stir in crab and shrimp.
Shape into ball.
Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill.
Pour cocktail over top when ready to serve.
Serve with crackers.
