Shrimp Acapulco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 jumbo cooked shrimp, sprinkled with cayenne
    1 to 2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1/4 oz. brandy
    2 oz. dry white wine
    1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer shrimp in butter for 3 minutes, until pink, turning them often.
    Add garlic, onions and chives.
    Pour in brandy and wine.
    Squeeze juice of 1 small lemon over all.
    Simmer 5 minutes more.
    Serve with chunks of French bread to dip in sauce.
    Serves 2 to 3.
