Pineapple Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell, unbaked
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 stick softened oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Add sugar, oleo and flour to beaten eggs.
    Beat well and stir in pineapple and coconut.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
