Cabbage Soup(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.)
1 sliced carrot
1 sliced zucchini
1 large tomato, coarsely diced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. frozen apple juice
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a large soup pot with 8 cups water; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
