Italian Turkey Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 egg
1 medium size chopped onion
dash of salt and pepper
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients thoroughly.
Shape meat mixture into large square about 3/4 inch thick.
Cut into 6 equal portions. Set temperature control of range at broil.
Arrange portions on rack 3 inches from heat source.
Broil on first side approximately 10 minutes or until done.
Turn portions over and spread with mixture of tomato paste and Parmesan cheese. Top each portion with a slice of Mozzarella cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted and lightly brown.
Serves 4.
