Taco Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 onions, chopped
6 chili peppers, chopped
6 bell peppers, chopped
6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 c. white sugar
1 whole garlic, chopped
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. cornstarch
enough tomatoes to make 8 qt., chopped
Preparation

In large pot put all ingredients and cook at high heat until it starts to boil, then turn down to medium low and cook until all vegetables are soft.
Add cornstarch dissolved in about 1 cup of cold water and stir into vegetables to thicken sauce, then put in sterilized jars.
Process 15 minutes in waterbath canner.
