King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, boiled
    1 (8 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can chicken broth
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    12 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Cut chicken off bones; set aside.
    Combine soups, broth, Ro-Tel and salt and pepper to taste.
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer tortillas, cheese, onion, chicken and soup.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until hot throughout.
