Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can condensed Campbell's Cheddar cheese, chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Stir soup.
    Blend in milk.
    Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover; bake 15 minutes more until done.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
