Pork Chop Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. drippings
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides in drippings in a heavy skillet. Place in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Saute onion and celery in remaining drippings.
    Blend soup with water; add to skillet with rice, mushrooms and seasonings.
    Cook to boiling; pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cover and bake for 45 minutes longer.
