Fingerlings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    2 c. bread crumbs or instant rice
    2 cans chicken and rice soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    crushed corn flakes
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 cans consomme or 1 soup can water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes, mushroom soup and consomme.
    Shape into small log shapes and roll in corn flakes. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour mushroom soup and consomme (or water) over top.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Makes 12 servings.
