Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Roll half of mixture on floured board.
Work dough to edge of pan.
Fill with canned fruit.
Roll remaining dough.
Place dough on top.
Close edges and press down in sides of pan.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes on bottom rack.
Then move to top rack at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cut in squares.
