Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 small cans Veg-All
    2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. shredded mild sharp cheese
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Rinse cans of soup with 1/2 water; add this to the casserole.
